The four teams have been chosen for the semi-finals of the cookery competition. The judges were again treated to delightful menus. For the semi-finals, Chefs designed a meal for the 12 judges from a fixed budget. The finalists will be known at the beginning of March as the final is on the 23 March. The 2 finalists will have to produce a balanced menu from surprise ingredients supplied by the Conrad Hotel. The winning menu will be served to guests at the prize giving held at the Conrad Hotel in 22 April. Put the date in your diary for an amazing meal.
